Conference Title: Embracing a Multi-Tiered System of Support: Home, School, & Community

The call for proposals for the 2013 Georgia Association for Positive Behavior Support Conference is now open. The conference is scheduled for December 4th - 5th, 2013 and will be held at Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA.

We are seeking presentations and posters that represent best practices in behavior support in education, birth to five settings, home, and the community.

Presentations will be 50 minutes in length. The poster session will occur on Wednesday, December 4th for 50 minutes.

All presentation rooms will be equipped with screens, projectors, a presentation table, and Internet access. Presenters should bring their own laptops.

Primary presenters will receive their conference registration fee waived. Secondary presenters will need to pay for lunch only. All other presenters will need to pay full registration. However, in the case of financial hardship or if you are traveling long distance, please contact us at jcavin@gsu.edu to discuss waiving the registration fee for all presenters.

This year’s conference will include specialized tracks for birth to five educators (to occur on Wednesday, December 4th) and family members (to occur on Thursday, December 5th).
