Texas REALTORS® has been conducting a thorough assessment of its current governance structures over the past several months. As part of this process, we are seeking feedback from members on how governance should be structured to enable fair representation and effective decision-making. This feedback will be used by a member-led Governance Review Work Group to make recommendations on how to reform Texas REALTORS® governance going forward.

This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Existing knowledge of Texas REALTORS® governance structures and processes is not required. Every response matters, whether you're deeply involved in governance or simply care about how your association is run.
