Nomination overview

Sectors: Local Government, Aged Care and Disability.

Within each of the three sectors there are two categories for nomination:
Executive – this person is an established leader operating at either 1st, 2nd or 3rd level within an organisational hierarchy.
Non-executive – this person is in a leadership role that is operating at 4th level or below within an organisational hierarchy.
 

Nomination Checklist
The submissions must include:
Completed nomination form
Executive Summary (max 100 words)
An explanation of how the leader’s actions have satisfied each of the criteria 
A photograph of the nominee in JPG or PNG format which you are happy for SACS to use in any documents or presentations outlining the nature of the submissions. Please email this to awards@sacsconsult.com.au
 

Nomination criteria

Executive 
Positive contribution to their broader professional community
Positive contribution to colleagues as a leader – enhancement of the organisation’s internal environment
Demonstrating leadership through innovation and creativity
Demonstrating the leadership qualities of integrity and positive values
Positive contribution to the organisation’s efficiency and effectiveness

Non-executive
Positive contribution to colleagues as a leader – enhancement of the organisation’s internal environment
Demonstrating leadership through innovation and creativity
Demonstrating the leadership qualities of integrity and positive values
Positive contribution to the organisation’s efficiency and effectiveness
