This study looks at the current state of technology talent acquisition, retention, and management globally. The survey findings will provide hiring managers with insights and resources to address their talent challenges, while also offering individuals valuable intelligence on technical talent market trends to support their professional development. Respondents can change the survey’s language at the top right corner of the page.
VISIBILITY:
We will summarize the survey data and findings in a report that will be published in the first half of 2026 on the Linux Foundation website. The dataset for this survey and instructions for its use will be posted and made publicly available in the Linux Foundation's section of Data.World.
