The Global Performance Audit Unit (GPA Unit) in collaboration with The KPI Institute is delighted to invite you to participate in our 2025 Strategy and Performance Maturity Research Project.
The following questionnaire is part of our broader research initiative aiming to assess organizational maturity across five key capability domains (Strategic Planning, Performance Measurement, Performance Improvement, Employee Performance Management, and Performance Culture), aligned with the Integrated Performance Maturity Model v2.0 of the GPA Unit.
We invite you to complete a survey about Performance Improvement practices, which examines data analysis, reporting, initiative management, learning and performance system governance.
