Below are four potential alternatives for Irvington Boulevard.

Option 1A: One Lane Each Way With Sidewalk and Bike Lane on Both Sides

Includes one travel lane in each direction with a landscaped median in the center, along with a sidewalk and bike lane on both sides of the street.

Option 1B: One Lane Each Way With Shared-Use Paths

Features one travel lane in each direction with a central shared-use path and medians. This option prioritizes walking and biking while maintaining vehicle access.

Option 2A: Two Lanes Each Way With Median

Provides two travel lanes in each direction with a median separating traffic. This option increases vehicle capacity while maintaining a defined center separation.

Option 2B: Two Lanes Each Way With Narrow Median

Includes two travel lanes in each direction with a narrower median. This design balances higher traffic capacity with some physical separation between directions.
