SDG 14, Life Below Water, is the goal dedicated to our oceans, more specifically, to conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development.
 
FAO works with Members on several binding and non-binding instruments that can help achieve SDG 14. Also, FAO is the custodian agency for four (14.4.1, 14.6.1, 14.7.1 and 14.b.1) of the 10 SDG 14 indicators.

The Evaluation of FAO’s support to SDG 14 will be presented at the 2023 Spring Session of the Programme Committee. This strategic evaluation intends to provide FAO Management and Governing Bodies with an assessment of FAO's work on SDG 14.

Your participation in this survey will significantly support FAO’s work towards the achievement of SDG 14.
