This goal setting tool was developed as part of the European partnership "Play Equal - Equal Opportunities and Social Inclusion" in Erasmus +.
It is based on feedback from participating schools in Germany, the Netherlands and Austria. They identified best practices and 15 key success factors that will help improve equity and social inclusion in schools.
This tool represents the 2nd step of a 3-step process.
In the first step, you carried out a self-assessment of the status quo on equal opportunities and social inclusion using the “mapping tool”.
This goal setting tool offers you the opportunity to set goals for the near future - in the short and medium term.
Please select those 3 key success factors in which you would like to improve in the next school year (for a manageable period of 5-8 months).
Then select the level of the planned objective on the scale you are already familiar with as the objective for your school in the area of "Creating equal opportunities and social inclusion",
Formulate concrete implementation plans in detail with a team of teachers from your school.
Use the "Best Practice Examples" of the Playing Equal project to provide suggestions for your goals and implementation.
