WFOT Contributing Organisational Membership Application Form

Membership requirements
Non-occupational therapy organisations that recognise the fundamental beliefs of the Federation and who are interested in the development of occupational therapy are eligible to become Contributing Members. This is a non-voting category.

Cost of Membership
$500 USD per annum

Application Process
1. Complete all required fields of the application form. Applications are accepted online only.
2. A WFOT representative will review the application and provide feedback about the outcome.
3. Successful applications will receive further instructions of how to pay the membership fee.
4. Membership will commence from the date the membership fees have been received for a period of 12 months.
5. Membership fees are non-refundable.
