During the past year, all barristers have used a range of digital technologies in their practice. These have included video conferencing platforms for online hearings and internet and technology services provided by BCL (Barristers’ Chambers Limited).

The Bar Council wishes to obtain feedback about the use across the Bar of digital technologies during the past year generally as a basis for forward-planning and specifically in order to respond to questions asked by the Federal Court of Australia.
