When You’re OOO, Are You Really “Away?”

It’s that time of year when many/most/all of us are looking to take some time off – but will you be checking in while you’re OOO – and if so, how often?
 
Once upon a time it seemed that always being available was a source of pride – or perhaps a business necessity.  These days – perhaps assisted by the acumen honed during the pandemic – or perhaps strained by it – encouraged by growing concerns about mental health and the need to recharge away from work - folks increasingly seem inclined to limit those…intrusions.  Or do they?
