ABOUT THE HOUSE LEGISLATIVE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

The House Legislative Oversight Committee was established in December 2014. The specific task of this committee is to conduct legislative oversight studies on agencies at least once every seven years. Any legislator may file legislation, which will go through the normal legislative process, to implement any recommendations.
