Leadership Style Feedback

You have been requested to provide feedback to one of your co-workers who will be attending the Houston Police Department Leadership Breakthrough: Walk the Talk of Change Retreat in December.
The Leadership Breakthrough: Walk the Talk of Change program is designed to catalyze breakthroughs in the participants' leadership skills and enhance their capabilities and performance. As part of the program, he/she is requesting feedback from you related to their leadership. Your comments will be completely anonymous.  They will not know which comments are yours.

Your feedback may include: strategic capabilities, systems thinking, interpersonal skills, communication styles, collaboration competencies, decision-making, level of support to others, world views or mindsets, emotional reactions, stress levels, general leadership behaviors, or anything else you deem important to their development.

Please make your feedback as useful as possible: 1) be specific; 2) use descriptive language; 3) avoid generalities; and 4) be as constructive as you can.

Thank you for taking the time to contribute your feedback.
