Brandon Hall Group invites you to participate in the 2019 Assessment Practices Survey. Assessments are widely used for both hiring and talent development, but not always in a strategic and consistent manner across the enterprise. The main objectives of this survey are to:
  • Understand the degree to which organizations have an assessments strategy, the focus of that strategy, the impact of a strategy versus an ad hoc approach, and barriers to developing a strategy.
  • Determine how organizations select an assessment provider, the roles involved in the decision, provider competencies, and technology solution features.
  • Learn how organizations leverage data from assessments in their decision-making processes.
  • Gain a deep understanding of best practices related to pre-hire and post-hire assessments.
  • Learn how organizations measure assessment use for effectiveness and impact on business outcomes.
