This survey is for both men and women with careers in the field of heart failure, with the aim of understanding both barriers and enablers for career progression. A gap remains in the representation of women at a senior level in heart failure and the survey aims to evaluate this and assess for contributing factors as well as to seek your opinion as to how the HFA can aid career progression in the future.
In this survey, some personal questions will be asked, but the survey is totally anonymous, and you have the opportunity to skip any question with which you do not feel comfortable.
