Thank you for your interest in this anonymous and confidential survey

Hockey Canada is looking to raise the expectations for everyone involved in hockey and promote positive behaviour from the grassroots to the national team level.

This survey is administered by a third-party that has been hired to develop recommendations for training for different target groups across Hockey Canada. It will take you between 10 and 15 minutes to complete. If possible, please respond by September 30th, 2022.

Background:
These consultations are part of Hockey Canada’s 2022 Action Plan: “Shatter the code of silence and eliminate toxic behaviour in and around Canada’s Game”. In this Action Plan, Hockey Canada commits to cultural change and to renew Canadians’ love for the game and its culture.

As part of this commitment, Hockey Canada is working to enhance training in priority areas around conduct and expectations, and broaden education programming on off-ice issues, including consent and toxic behaviours.

An important goal is to equip all stakeholders with tools that promote and prioritize participants' physical and mental wellbeing. Hockey Canada is also investing in technology to enhance training delivery across the country. (More information about Hockey Canada).
