Highway 14 J-turn: Post-Construction Survey

About the Project

Construction began on April 17 at Hwy 14 and Olmsted Co. Rd. 3 east of Byron, where crews constructed a J-turn.

Project goals:

Improve intersection safety
Lower crash rates and severity
Find interim safety solution until long-term plan of interchanges can be funded, constructed
