IMMI - Phase 3 Screening Introduction

Thank you for your interest in our Internet Mindfulness Meditation Intervention Study for Older Adults with Mood Symptoms (IMMI - Phase 3). 

The overall purpose of this study is to explore how a six-week internet mindfulness meditation course may help mood in older adults. 
 
The Internet Mindfulness Meditation Intervention Study (IMMI Phase 3) requires no in-person visits and can be done from the comfort of your own home. Your participation will take approximately 6.5 hours a week for six weeks. This participation includes a one-hour online video course 1x/week and 30 minutes of home meditation practice daily using the iMINDr app, either on your phone or your computer. To be eligible to participate, you must:
- Be between 50 - 90 years old
- Currently reside in the United States
- Have access to a smartphone, tablet, and/or computer
- Have regular access to the internet
