Intuit’s Follow Me Home (FMH) program is an opportunity for us to come to your office/work area to gain a deeper understanding of your needs, wants, and inner workings of your practice to help us make a product that works for you.
This may come in the form of:
Observation – We want to see firsthand how you use Intuit software to complete your day-to-day tasks. Think of us as a fly on the wall and don’t be nervous when a few of us are observing you in silence.
Interview – We may want to ask you a few clarifying questions to better understand your preferences when using Intuit software.
It’s important not to not look at the FMH program as a product demo (although sometimes we may show you a few tips) it’s most effective to see accountants using Intuit software in real accounting scenarios, rather than purely interview and product demoing.
Although we’re always open to hearing product feedback from customers, it’s most helpful for us to understand how and why particular product enhancements will help you and your practice – usually through watching Intuit software in action.
