Service on the committee will be a considerable commitment of time and energy, including but not limited to an in-person onboarding in Pullman in August, participation in community forums and listening sessions in August and September, a 3-hour calibration meeting in September (virtual), a 4-hour candidate review meeting in October (virtual), and 2-3 full days of committee interviews in November, as well as preparation time for each of these meetings.
