Sandhills Community College is exploring interest in a Turf Equipment Technician program (Associate of Applied Science in Agricultural Equipment Systems Technology-focus on turf equipment). This two-year associate degree program prepares individuals to maintain and repair specialized power equipment and vehicles.
This program includes instruction in principles of electricity, engines, consumer products, component controls, hydraulics, equipment operation, telematics and equipment servicing/maintenance, etc.
