This survey examines the steps organizations are taking, or planning to take, to improve the readiness of high-potential candidates to move into leadership roles. Areas of inquiry include:

  • The steps organizations are taking to gain engagement and commitment from high-potentials
  • How organizations assess the readiness of high-potentials to move into their next roles
