IASS 2021 Safety Leadership Survey

Thank you for participating in our IASS 2021 Safety Leadership survey. Your feedback is important.
ABOUT You are invited to participate in an anonymous online survey concerning Safety Leadership. We are conducting this in conjunction with the upcoming 2021 International Air Safety Summit which will be held virtually September 21-22, 2021.
The survey asks you to evaluate the importance of four principles of Safety Leadership. You may also share an experience you witnessed where the principles were demonstrated either well or poorly. We are interested in all experiences before or during the COVID 19 pandemic.
This research is conducted by Flight Safety Foundation, an independent, impartial, international non-profit organization exclusively chartered to provide impartial, independent, expert safety guidance and resources for the aviation and aerospace industry.

BENEFITS The Flight Safety Foundation is routinely involved in examining the state of safety in the industry and looking for methods to enhance safety for the benefit of countries across the globe. We expect to find safety areas of interest that will prioritize our activities and draw a closer focus on the work that must be undertaken to address hazards to flight safety.
RISKS Please note that this survey is anonymous, and only Flight Safety Foundation, an unbiased, non-profit, independent organization will know whether you have completed this survey and/or see your answers.
DATA MANAGEMENT & CONFIDENTIALITY The Flight Safety Foundation is not collecting any names of individuals or organizations as it conducts this survey. Therefore, the data and analysis cannot be traced back to the individuals or organizations that have participated or are being assessed. The Flight Safety Foundation as an independent and impartial organization is only interested in common areas of concern during the COVID19 recovery and the information derived from this survey will only be available through the survey monkey account managed by Flight Safety Foundation staff.
