Aloha!
We're conducting a short survey to learn about your recent experience using the BWS mobile app. The survey should take about 2 minutes to complete. Your feedback will help us prioritize updates and improve our service.
Plus, you have the option to be entered into a random drawing for a free hand-crank radio -- a great addition to your emergency preparedness kit. (1 in 300 chance of winning).
All responses are confidential and used strictly for internal improvements.
We appreciate your participation.
Mahalo!
