Inquiry into the Western Australia - Indonesia relationship

Thank you for agreeing to participate to this online survey. There are three (3) parts to this survey and it will take approximately fifteen (15) minutes. You will be asked questions on your personal experiences and opinions regarding the trade relationship between Western Australia and the Republic of Indonesia. Your responses will be recorded as part of the current inquiry by the Legislative Assembly Economics and Industry Standing Committee into Western Australia’s bilateral trade relationship with the Republic of Indonesia. We need details of your name and organisation for our record-keeping purposes. You may request that your identity is kept confidential. Furthermore, you are not required to answer all survey questions if you do not wish to do so.

Submissions close on Friday 30 September 2022; however, late submissions can be made on request.
