At Premier, our desire to improve is engrained into everything that we do. We strive to improve and develop all our school based PE & school sport programmes, including their management and delivery, supporting high standards and delivering consistent quality outcomes for young people in schools.

The outcomes from all our Activity Professional observations, feedback and reviews guide the development and future direction of support for our Activity Professionals, as well as contributing to the design and development of our school-based programmes and systems for young people.

This feedback is linked to our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process which is underpinned by elements of the Ofsted Common Inspection Framework (CiF). The process is not solely about the performance management of Activity Professionals; but about how we support all areas of of our customer service.
