Lead to Soar is not just another leadership podcast.


We exist to close the leadership gender gap by helping women reach their full potential, particularly by equipping them with what’s too often missing in their development: Business Intelligence (BQ).

We focus our conversations on the Missing 33% identified by Susan Colantuono in her groundbreaking TED talk, The Career Advice You Probably Didn’t Get. That missing link? Financial, strategic, and business acumen.


Our approach is grounded in:

  • BQ (Business Intelligence), EQ (Emotional Intelligence), and SQ (Social Intelligence)
  • The research and thought leadership of Susan Colantuono
  • The practical, strategic framework in Michelle Redfern’s book, The Leadership Compass

We only interview women. If you are a man, please do not apply. We are intentional and unapologetic about creating a platform that elevates women’s voices—especially women whose identities intersect with race, culture, sexuality, disability, neurodivergence, and other marginalised experiences.
