Introduction

Lake County and the City of Leadville are in the process of completing a housing needs assessment—to help inform community planning and to meet a state requirement.

This survey is a critical element of that assessment.

Please take this survey if you:
  • Live in any part of Lake County the majority of the year.
  • Are retired or work in any part of Lake County. This includes if you live outside of the county and commute into Lake County for your job.
  • Do NOT take this survey if you own seasonal or vacation properties that you occupy occasionally or own long- or short-term rentals in Lake County.
Your responses are confidential. Your name or place of residence will not be linked to your survey. The survey takes about 7 minutes to complete. If you complete it by October 31 you will have a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card.
