- 18 years of age or older
- If you qualify and complete the study you may be compensated for time and travel

1.Have you been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis by a doctor? (Required.)
2.If you answered yes to question #1 were you under the age of 45 when your symptoms started?(Required.)
3.Have you been experiencing inflammatory back pain for the last three months?(Required.)
4.Have you been diagnosed with Sciatica?(Required.)
5.Do you have any of the below pre-existing conditions?
6.Have you previously taken a TNFa inhibitor (e.g. Enbrel, Humira etc..) and experienced inadequate response or been intolerant to treatment?(Required.)
7.Do you use opiate medications regularly (e.g. hydrocodone, Codeine)? (Required.)
8.Have you experienced any of the following while using NSAIDS (e.g. Tylenol, Aspirin)?(Required.)
9.Are you currently suffering from any serious active infections?(Required.)
10.Have you received a vaccine within the past 8 weeks?(Required.)
11.Have you had any major surgery within the past 3 months?(Required.)
12.Are you currently or have you recently participated in any other clinical trials?(Required.)
13.Do you have a history of drug or alcohol abuse?
14.Are you currently pregnant or breastfeeding?
