EurekaFacts, a social science research firm, is administering an important study on behalf of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), is conducting a usability study to gather insights from Metro riders regarding the recently deployed mobile application for managing SmarTrip funds and paying Metro fares.
  • Each session will be no longer than 90 minutes.
  • This study requires participants to download two trip planning applications on their smart mobile device. No purchases will be needed, and the applications may be deleted after the interview.
  • Interviews will be held virtually during May 11th – May 15th.
  • If selected to participate, you will receive a $100 e-gift card as a thank-you for your participation. Please continue to check your eligibility, it should take about 10 minutes to complete.
