MetroPulse Usability Test Screener Thank you for your interest in our study! EurekaFacts, a social science research firm, is administering an important study on behalf of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), is conducting a usability study to gather insights from Metro riders regarding the recently deployed mobile application for managing SmarTrip funds and paying Metro fares. Each session will be no longer than 90 minutes. This study requires participants to download two trip planning applications on their smart mobile device. No purchases will be needed, and the applications may be deleted after the interview. Interviews will be held virtually during May 11th – May 15th.
