We have hired at least 25 new entrant drivers since March 2022 (new entrants are defined as CDL drivers who have been driving professionally for 3 weeks to 24 months, and whose first professional truck driving job was with your fleet i.e., they had no prior CDL driving employer.)

We can provide data on a driver-by-driver basis (i.e., demographics and safety data).

The bulk of our new entrant drivers originate from a limited number of CDL training programs.
