MNPS Family Preference Survey: In-Person or Virtual Learning

Haga clic aquí para Español
Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) will start the 2020-21 year with every student in a virtual learning environment through at least Labor Day due to the public health conditions of COVID-19. If public health conditions allow in-person instruction following Labor Day, MNPS will offer families the choice of in-person instruction or digital learning for students in grades PS-12, as previously announced. MNPS will continue to adapt plans based on the public health data, continued input from stakeholders, and the resources available for public education. We encourage you to continue monitoring for updates.

This is not your final decision. Families will have additional opportunities to update their selection of continuing virtual or selecting in-person instruction for their student(s). The purpose of this survey is:
(1) to make sure the district has the most updated contact information for all our families,
(2) to get a general idea of which option families may select between continued virtual and in-person instruction, and
(3) to make sure we know which students still need access to a device or internet hotspot.
