On behalf of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT), you are invited to provide feedback on the proposed updated entry-to-practice competencies for medical radiation technologists (MRTs) including core and clinical expert roles for your discipline! Offering your expertise and perspective is an important contribution you can make to the profession.Respondents who complete the survey will be entered into a draw for 1 of 9 $200 Amazon gift cards (one overall prize, plus two prizes per discipline). The CAMRT is proud to facilitate the revision and update process! The National Competency Profile for Entry-Level MRTs in Canada is updated and revalidated approximately every five years with input and feedback from key interest holders. The proposed updated entry-to-practice competencies are based on consultations with more than 70 interest holders, including a representative subject matter expert committee of medical radiation technologists from the four disciplines, patient partners, and industry partners, including CADRA, COMP, CARO, and CAR. The CAMRT Education Advisory Council, including education and regulatory perspectives, provided input and recommendations throughout the process. Your feedback will help confirm whether these updated competencies reflect MRT practice today and prepare for future needs. Please share this opportunity to provide feedback with your colleagues and other interest holders. Please respond by January 16th, 2026. We greatly appreciate your time and participation!View/download more information when prompted and consult the Frequently Asked Questions to answer questions like: Is the survey anonymous and confidential?
