ICS 300 or ICS 400 (This category is for public safety agencies who will be hosting an Incident Command System 300 or 400 course. The course must meet minimum requirements set forth by the Department of Homeland Security. Desired course date shall be requested at least 45 days prior to class commencement. Registration of ICS 300 and 400 courses with the Emergency Management and Homeland Security Training Center is required for credit to be given.) READ FIRST: ICS 300/400 Course Request Process

Federal Consortium Course (This category is for courses offered by a federal consortium agency such as the Emergency Management Institute, Center for Domestic Preparedness, or others coming to Michigan. Prior to finalizing the course offering with the Consortium Agency, it must be approved by the Emergency Management and Homeland Security Training Center via this form.) Emergency Management Course (This category is for any Emergency Management related courses that does not fit into one of the above categories. Examples may be EMI field delivery (G-Course), All Hazard Position Specific, Damage Assessment Courses, presentations to conferences or special events about Emergency Management, or other related topics.)

Hazmat and All Other Courses (This category is to receive a formal bid to have a Hazardous Materials, Incident Command, HAZWOPER, or Confined Space training taught at the facility of your choice for your staff.)
