We are inviting HR Business Partner leaders to share their perspectives on how the HRBP role is evolving, particularly as AI reshapes HR work, expectations, and operating models. Your response will help us better understand the topics, challenges, and peer learning opportunities that are most relevant to HRBPs and the leaders who support them. Insights gathered will help inform future programming, research, and peer discussions, as well as our ongoing work exploring the AI-enabled HR operating model.
