INTRODUCTION

WELCOME TO THE MADISON F-35 COMMUNITY COLLABORATION SURVEY

This survey is being held as part of the ‘Madison F-35 Community Connection Project’ which aims to build a stronger relationship between the Madison community and the 115th Fighter Wing at Madison’s Truax Field through education and engagement.

The Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs (WDMA) received a Department of Defense grant for community outreach and education. Community engagement so far has included a series of community listening sessions held in February of 2024, neighborhood session, discussion boards and a dedicated project portal. This survey is an important opportunity for residents and interested stakeholders to share ideas and thoughts and explore how to create greater collaboration between the community and the Fighter Wing.

PLEASE NOTE: We are asking a series of in-depth questions. There are 16 questions, and the survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. The survey will time-out if you leave it open (and incomplete). You cannot save a partial survey and come back to it later. We recommend you find a comfortable place; allow some uninterrupted time and share your thoughts and views.

We would like to express our thanks to everyone who has participated in the Madison F-35 Community Connections Project, and to those who are new to the process and are taking this important survey.

WE PLAN TO KEEP THE SURVEY OPEN UNTIL JUNE 8, 2024
