FQHCs are facing a Family Practice provider recruitment and retention crisis. Salary demands have increased significantly over the past twelve months, and traditional surveys have yet to catch up and provide health center management with guidance. To help our clients, colleagues and the entire industry, Merces is conducting this "flash" survey of information on the last two Family Practice Physician, and the most recent Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, hires.
All participants will receive a complimentary copy of the report, which will include summary statistics on the most recent hires, and any factors we can determine have impacted the hire. Only summary information will be shared; individual heath center responses will be held strictly confidential. This information will not be made available to providers or recruiters.
