QUESTIONNAIRE INSTRUCTIONS
In order for your application to be considered, you are required to fill out the following questionnaire which is based on the "Terms of reference for a Registration and Issuance Team (RIT)".
You will be asked to either describe your experience, tick the applicable option (s), rank your main fields of expertise or specify months of experience.
When answering the open-ended questions kindly be specific, avoid overlap and provide references where possible.
If a question is not applicable to you, kindly indicate N/A.
