This survey asks for your opinions about the Navy College Program’s Education Support and Counseling Services.   We ask for your feedback on your experience with these services, so we can adjust and improve them for your counseling, admin support and information needs as college students.  We understand that you are asked to complete many surveys in any given year - HOWEVER - this survey is the only direct channel we have to gather your user comments on this system.  PLEASE take the time to complete this survey which consists of only 10 questions  -  it should take you NO MORE THAN 4 MINUTES to complete!

Certain questions will require a response, however failure to complete this survey WILL NOT result in any penalties except possible lack of representation of your view in the final results.


Authority to request this information is granted under 5 U.S.C. 301, Departmental Regulations; 10 U.S.C. 5031 and 5032:  this survey is waived from meeting the RCS review since it may be used for manpower planning.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect and compile data to evaluate the effectiveness of the Navy College Program's Education Support and Counseling Services.

ROUTINE USES: The information collected will be used by NETPDC to evaluate customer service and make improvements.

DISCLOSURE: The information you provide WILL NOT become part of your permanent record and WILL NOT be used to make decisions about you or affect your career in any way. Data will only be analyzed/evaluated in the aggregate form and never associated with the individual respondents.
