INTRODUCTION:
The TODO Group and Linux Foundation Research are conducting a survey as part of a research project on the prevalence and outcomes of open source programs and similar open source initiatives operating across the globe. We are thankful for the support of CNCF, FOSSID, & FinOps Foundation who have graciously sponsored this year's survey, as well as OSI, CURIOSS, CHAOSS, GitHub, OpenSSF & InnerSource Commons as distribution partners.

This survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes of your time. You can change the survey’s language to Chinese or Japanese at the top right corner of the page.

GOALS:
Results will provide nuanced guidelines tailored to different sectors, ensuring that organizations receive actionable insights aligned with the unique challenges and opportunities of open source management inside organizations. Your participation will help us gather comprehensive data that will shape the future of open source management functions through Open Source program Offices (OSPO), paving the way for enhanced collaboration, security and innovation.

BONUS:
As a thank you for participating in this research, once you have completed the survey, a code will be displayed on the confirmation page which can be used for a 30% discount on the Certified Open Source Developer for Enterprise (CODE) certification available at: https://training.linuxfoundation.org/certification/certified-open-source-developer-for-enterprise-code/.

PRIVACY:
Your anonymous responses will be used to compile a report to be released later this year. Only one response per organization will be included in the study results if you choose to provide that information. Your name and/or organization name will not be displayed. Reviews are attributed to your role, organization size, and industry. Responses will be subject to the Linux Foundation’s Privacy Policy, available at https://linuxfoundation.org/privacy. Please note that research partners who are not Linux Foundation employees will review the survey results. Survey partners are not permitted to use your data for other purposes.
