NHLS 2017 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY 

I am pleased to announce that the National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) has appointed a company called Data Management and Statistical Analysis (DMSA), an independent research company based at Wits University, to conduct the NHLS 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey for external customers as part of our on-going efforts to improve service delivery.

The results of the survey will enable the NHLS to identify its strengths, weaknesses, areas of improvement and development, with a view to implementing the most effective methods of servicing you.

As a valued stakeholder of the NHLS, we would therefore highly appreciate your participation and inputs into the afore-mentioned survey.

The survey will commence on 20 February 2017 until 03 March 2017, and DMSA will contact you on behalf of the NHLS.
