Why are we asking you to take the survey? 
Your school will use this survey to learn how parents/guardians feel about school safety, school leadership, family engagement, and more. The District also uses survey responses to learn what is working in schools and where to give schools more support.
Things to know before you take the survey:
• You can choose whether or not to take this survey. After entering your student’s school and grade, you may skip any questions you do not want to answer.
• This survey is anonymous. School staff will only see summaries of responses, and they are not shared unless a minimum number of parents/guardians at your school complete the survey.
•  The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
• You must complete the survey and click “submit” at the end for your survey response to be counted.
•  You will have a chance to enter a raffle for a $25 online gift card after you complete the survey.
How to take the survey:
•  We are asking each family to complete one survey for each school that your children attend.
• If you have more than one student at a school, answer the questions with the oldest student in that school in mind.
