At the District level in Washington, DC, we've noticed a vast array among the understanding of the VR Process/Services among staff, individuals served, providers, others agencies, etc. Over the past 5 years I have seen various process flow charts and visualizations of the VR Client life cycle. What tools, software, and deliverables have you experienced recently that have clarified the process? I would love to hear the pros and cons of different products, especially ones that have incorporated interactive technology such as hyperlinks. Also if you have any samples of these visualizations, please share. By having tangible and visual representations of the VR process, the services provided can be more effective and efficient because miscommunication and misunderstanding of goals and what is provided can be eliminated.
