Smart App Evaluation Survey 2022

في إطار سعيها لتعزيز تعاونها مع جميع الفئات المعنية بعملها وترسيخ علاقات متميزة معهم، تنفذ وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين استبياناً لقياس مستوى رضا متعامليها للتعرف على آرائهم وتحديد احتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم.
وسيكون لتجاوبكم مع الفريق المشرف على تنفيذ الاستبيان وتزويدهم بإجابات صريحة وشفافة، الدور الأكبر في دعم جهود وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين لتنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمرة.
وتؤكد وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين على تمتع المعلومات الواردة في الاستبيان بحقوق السرية المعلوماتية والمعايير المعترف بها في هذا الخصوص، وأنه لن يتم استخدام هذه المعلومات إلا لغايات التعلم وتحسين أداء عمل الوزارة فقط.

As part of its endeavor to enhance its cooperation with all groups concerned with its work and to consolidate distinguished relations with them, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation is implementing a questionnaire to measure the level of satisfaction of its customers and to identify their opinions, needs and requirements.
Your response to the team supervising the implementation of the questionnaire and providing them with frank and transparent answers will play a major role in supporting the efforts of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation affirms that the information contained in the questionnaire enjoys utmost confidentiality and that the information will only be used for learning purposes and improving the performance of the Ministry's work only.
