1. Award Description

Presented to a young person (12 – 24) who has participated in an NRL Community or NRL Club program and contributed to their community through rugby league – either through encouraging others to participate or by using rugby league as a vehicle to raise awareness with regards to societal issues.

The award criteria’s focus is primarily on the nominee's contribution in 2019, demonstrated through your responses to the following questions.
