ISCF Next Generation Services Research Project Participant Survey

Introduction

Thank you for your interest in contributing to this survey.

As you may be aware, Technopolis have been commissioned by UKRI to undertake the evaluation of the UKRI ISCF Next Generation Services programme, through which the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) has funded three research projects.

The three ISCF Next Generation Services funded research projects are:

Technology Driven Change and Next Generation Insurance Value Chains (TECHNGI)
Innovating Next Generation Services Through Collaborative Design (NextGenPSF)
Unlocking the Potential of Artificial Intelligence for English Law

The evaluation of the Next Generation Services programme will help UKRI (InnovateUK and ESRC) to determine the impact of research and innovation funding in this area. The conclusions and recommendations of this evaluation will also be used to inform future initiatives.

Technopolis have formulated a short questionnaire, with 10 questions which will take less than 5 minutes.

Confidentiality and data

None of the questions in the survey are mandatory and you are able to withdraw at any time.

All data and information provided will be considered as confidential and will only be used by Technopolis for the purposes of conducting the evaluation. Survey results will be reported only in aggregate and non-attributable form and all individual answers and comments will be treated in strict confidence.

Technopolis is a registered data manager under the Data Protection Act 1998 and we have established processes to ensure the security of the data and information that we collect and hold. All our IT systems are security protected, with passwords used to limit access to data in the company’s network. This means that only Technopolis employees working on the evaluation will have access to your information. All data is backed up daily and stored off-site in an encrypted format within the EU.
