Inova Nursing Excellence Scholarship Application

Welcome to the Inova Nursing Excellence Scholarship Application. 
 
The application is fully online. This expedites our process and helps you feel confident your application was received.  We encourage you to set aside 20-30 minutes to complete the application on a computer rather than using your smart phone or tablet.
 
As part of the application, you will be asked to upload the following documents in .doc or .pdf files. Please have them ready before you begin the application:
  • Signed Scholarship Agreement Form (download here) (remember to save it after you sign it!)
  • Current resume
  • Proof of enrollment, such as a letter of acceptance to your accredited nursing program OR current transcript 
  • A 1-2 page essay answering the prompt below
 
Essay Instructions
These essay questions give you an opportunity to tell us about yourself, your nursing career and your nursing interests. Your thoughtful response should be in a 12 point font, single-spaced essay format with a maximum of 300 words. You essay should be saved as .doc or .pdf file. You will be prompted to upload the essay with your application.
