This survey assesses OSBA's Board governance structure across four dimensions:
- Effectiveness (does it work?)
- Efficiency (does it use time and resources well?)
- Engagement (does it create genuine opportunities for members to participate and inform decisions?), and
- Representation (are all member voices appropriately heard?)
Your candid feedback will directly inform recommendations about Board composition, committees, caucuses, and decision-making processes. If you are unsure about a question or it does not apply to your role, please select "Don't Know / No basis for opinion."
- The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
- Please complete the survey by June 10th, 2026.
- Your responses are confidential and will be reported only in aggregate. Data will be sent directly to the Coraggio Group, a consulting firm working with OSBA in this process.
