The Ohio Statewide Independent Living Council (OSILC) wants to better understand the needs of people who receive services from Centers for Independent Living (CILs), as well as people with disabilities who do not access these services. This survey asks about your independent living goals, any barriers you may face, your experience with services and how to improve them, and what has changed for you since receiving services, if anything.
Your feedback will help OSILC understand what is working well and what needs improvement to better support people with disabilities in the community.
