Outsell, Inc. will treat all data as confidential and will only ever present it in aggregate and never attributed to an individual or organization.
Throughout this survey, we define the terms organization and function as follows:
  • Organization is the company, organization, government agency, educational institution, or healthcare facility for which you work. Examples are: IBM, U.S. Department of the Navy, University of Texas at Austin, or Toronto Public Library.
  • Function is the department, office, or administrative workgroup in which you work, and for which you are reporting data in this study. Examples are: Global Information Center, Library, or Corporate Record Center. (Function is not, for example, a workgroup within a large library or records center.)
